No Refund Policy
1. General Policy:
All sales for our tour packages are final. Once purchased, tour packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation by Rider:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the rider for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, weather conditions, or change of plans.
- Riders are advised to carefully review the tour details, dates, and terms before making a purchase.
3. Cancellation by Tour Operator:
- In the unlikely event that the tour operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), riders will be notified as soon as possible.
- Riders may be offered a rescheduled tour date or a credit voucher for future tours, at the discretion of the tour operator.
4. No-Show Policy:
- Riders who do not arrive at the designated meeting point on time or fail to attend the tour will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
5. Modifications and Rescheduling:
- Requests for modifications or rescheduling of tour dates are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the tour operator. Additional fees may apply.
- Any approved changes must be confirmed in writing by the tour operator.
6. Travel Insurance:
- It is highly recommended that riders purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or inability to attend the tour.
7. Agreement to Policy:
- By purchasing a tour package, riders acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.
